Comment:  There are a few guys in this chapter that seem chill, but they really lack the motivation to make a difference. They have been here a while and don't have a lot to show. Always tell their PNMs they are getting a house. Next year they are will be the only unhoused fraternity on campus. I don't think they'll be around much longer.
