Comment:  great house, perhaps one of the best. good theme parties although not many. location sucks for them because its far on franklin. i respect their frat. their best parties are in the spring like the space rave and the daisy dukes. some guys are really cute, some are lame creepos. go for the theme parties thats it. slightly worse than pikapp. could be better if close to frat court. better than many frats though like KA, PiLam, Zete, SigEp, DU, Lambda, AEPi, etc. so overall average place.
