Comment:  mostly unattractive guys with few cute ones. small house and claustrophobic basement. far away so even if parties are good its constantly a last resort for people due to distance. best frat out of the franklin/rosemary frats. lots of smart business guys there. go if frat court doesn't have good parties. all right place.
