Comment:  Chi Phi really stepped up their game lately and it shows. The guys in the house are really respectful and lax, makes for a very welcoming atmosphere every time we are all over there. I have not seen a better party basement out of all the frats at OSU. They know how to have one hell of a party down there. But please, bring back Chi Phi Thursdays!
