Comment:  Chi Phi is making a come back? Hold your horses, yes they did have a large pledge class that actually doubled their current chapter and a lot of those young guys are a good snag. Its going to take a little for these guys to make it back, it all starts with being social. On a positive side of things a lot of the new guys seem genuinely nice.
