Comment:  When I spoke of the shinning city on a hill, Phi Kappa Tau was the beacon of freedom he was referring to. She stands strong and true to the granite ridge, and her glow has held no matter what storm. And she's still a beacon, still a magnet for all who must have freedom. A tall, proud Fraternity House built on rocks stronger than oceans, wind-swept, God-blessed, and teeming with people.
