Comment:  Although Theta Chi would benefit from a house, I think that they are the first fraternity in years to actually challenge the Greek system and start from the bottom up. I had my doubts about this Fraternity. This is my last semester at LSU and I'm glad to see this fraternity growing so much. They'll be one of the biggest fraternities soon with the leadership that they have. I'm so happy for you guys :)))
