Comment:  Anybody who's ever even talked to one of these guys has no reason to hate them. I've never met one of these guys and thought "wow what a douche." The only thing keeping these guys from achieving top tier is their location. They need a bigger house that's closer to campus. Then they will certainly be huge competition to the bigger houses. But hey, haters gonna hate.
