Comment:  Solid upper middle group, no one outside of sigma pis or their girlfriends think they're a top house yet. They've taken advantage of a lot of top groups getting put on probation but their problem is for every top tier guy they have, they probably have creeps who are antisocial who drive people away. If they focused on more quality/weeding out the scrubs theyd get better. Also their parties could improve. Once Sigma Chi is back and the more Lambda chi improve, the more theyll have to compete
