Comment:  DPhiE completely took me by surprise. All of the girls I conversed with were so welcoming and humble, they are such a diverse bunch with girls from all walks of life, overall these girls made a great impression. They were one of my favorites during recruitment but I felt a better fit elsewhere. A lot of my Rho sisters went DPhiE and they couldn't be happier. Beautiful bunch of women, keep it up and PC love!
