Comment:  Solid group of guys, definitely not the best but I know when I go there I'll have a good time. No real "bad" things to say about the group, they just don't seem motivated to improve themselves in any way. They seem fine just sitting in the "middle" tier. I enjoy their parties and feel safe there, but if another fraternity on new row is having something most likely I'll go there instead.
