Comment:  These guys were at the bottom last year but have seriously turned it around this year and will continue to rise to the top. A lot of the old Sig Eps came over and joined the Phi Taus and helped them bring in a pledge class of around 40 this year. Their pledge class has awesome and attractive guys. Look out everybody because these guys are making noise.
