Comment:  Theta needs to hop off the self ranking. They somewhere between bottom tier and lower mid tier last year and got a decent pledge class this year. That doesn't put them ahead of tri delta, aphi, or ASA. Keep doing what you're doing and maybe one day you all will get there, but for right now you're still middle.
