Comment:  Pi Phi is a very solid upper-middle tier house. They have an awesome house, good involvement, and like to have fun. That being said, some of their girls like to party hard and give them a bad rep, but a lot of them are super fun, sweet, outgoing, and down-to-earth. They are seriously nice girls and got a really good PC this year.
