Comment:  Whoever wrote irrelevant means that on CSUN campus AT THIS CURRENT MOMENT. A newly added chapter of any sorority must build themselves up, regardless of their national founding day or location (Have you even been to Georgia or even the Deep South? We may all be under the US, but you know there are differences from LA, to Seattle, to Houston, to NY, to Peach Tree.) Being a new chapter is extremely difficult and they can not be as selective as the other PHC houses.1's on classiness and involvement
