Comment:  I would've made DPhiE top tier but it seems they lost what made them awesome. They recruited pretty girls this year, and good for them. But I know a bunch of their pledges and some are super fake and mean. I thought DPhiE was the ONE sorority who didn't care about the superficial stuff. I've lost respect for them now.
