Comment:  Smaller fraternity, but they just had a very strong pledge class, easily one of the best overall pledge classes this year on campus, and with the prime location of the house and tight brotherhood of these genuine guys I can easily see them being top house in the next year or two. Many of the other top houses right now like DU/KSig/SAE are just straight tools. Definitely keep an eye on these guys and give them a chance
