Comment:  Many of the girls are great individuals and down to earth, but the organization itself has been rolling down the hill because of really poor leadership that does not listen to their sisters. Those that want to make improvements, throw out new ideas and change are usually ignored and left out on their own to influence AOII. It seems to be that the integration of new sisters is getting rougher by the year. The new girls need better role models and mentors to look up to if AOII wants to stay on top
