Comment:  still a top tier, just ranking on how this year has been going for them. Last year they were considered the best and nothing pointed to otherwise, this year they've been getting screwed by nationals and bad jobs by the leaders. they also lost a lot of seniors last year that helped them claim top and their last two pledge classes haven't helped. they took sigep's strategy of take anyone who rushes and "knows someone". still a top tier but can't rage nearly as hard
