Comment:  The fact that either soroirty at HBU thinks they could be top tier is a joke because yall only have two therefore there aren't tiers. Know of a girl from my highschool who goes to HBU and got into their PC14 and its a joke. Out of curiosity I looked on their website to see what kind of girls they recruit they seem all awkward and just plain wierd. Defintely not what anyone would consider sorority girl material. Just sad they need to pick it up or have their charter removed because it's just sad.
