Comment:  really blatantly obvious that all the hate on this house is coming from DPhiE.... awkward. ladies, throwin shade on other houses on greekrank is not how you're going to get dphie to be big on this campus. AGD isn't bad, I was actually pretty impressed with their derby days turn out and they seem to be mixing with more frats. they still definitely aren't top tier, not one of the better party scenes, average looking girls, can be kinda awkward. overall very average, but with potential.
