Comment:  Props to delta chi for trying. Their house (apartment complex) is a joke. They're the joke of old row (along with DTD) but at least they're trying. If they keep up this motivation to grow I'm sure they can dig themselves out and make something of themselves within this decade. They just need more great leadership.
