Comment:  Fixing the ranking, are not top 3. Started true middle tier but with renovations, their new house, bigger pledge classes and natoinals help to get waka they are starting to break bottom of the top tier. But, at the moment still are top of the middle with Beta and below KA,FIJI,SAE,Delt,SigEp. Can't change tiers that quickly
