Comment:  Delta Sigma Theta is an INTERNATIONAL HISTORICALLY BLACK (not "multicultural")sorority. Although it's not officially "multicultural," it's open to all but attracts mainly black women. Sac State has a very small black population and its historically black sororities and fraternities are tiny but mighty. They do a phenomenal job of serving the community and manage to have a great time doing it, but you may have to search them out.
