Comment:  I am not a hater but I will say the comment about mean girls may be directed at 4/6 or so girls in PC13. They can come off as a bit too confidant and cliquey. Again not a hater but maybe you could not be so... Self involved? This is just an observation. Other than that I think Kappas are very sweet and fun to be around.
