Comment:  Not to sound like a snob but the person below me sounds like someone who is mad they got cut during recruitment. All the girls this year have been AMAZING and the cutting process is very hard. In the end it's all about finding girls who will bring different strengths to the chapter. Never recruit the same type of girl because that makes an organization too one dimensional. If you're not in it you don't know how it works, so keep your incorrect assumptions to yourself.
