Comment:  These guys throw great parties, they're the frattiest, and they're a social powerhouse on the UND campus. Definitely a top tier fraternity, but only in the social sense. My inside man informs me that they don't do a lot of their philanthropy hours, but tell the university they did it anyway. Not that anyone really cares about philanthropy, but it shows their character. There's good members in the house, but you have to search really hard to find them. Party house. That's all they are.
