Comment:  as a 2nd yr, these guys have made a lot of improvements since last year. their house is now probe one of the cleanest, their guys are super involved - some of whom are execs on some of the biggest campus organizations, and their brotherhood is unlike any others (that I've seen). they're super nice and super respectful. their recent party was pretty ratchet but decent nonetheless, but the rest were really good as far as frat parties go. this year & coming years=easily top 2 on campus
