Comment:  Delts are some of the hottest guys on campus, especially the sophomores and current PC. Although some are douchey, the majority are genuinely nice guys. They've moved from middle to top tier in just a few years. As long as they move away from the "rich kid" stereotype, Delts have the potential to be the top house on campus
