Comment:  They have a house. Pretty much all they have going for them and with the way Harrisonburg PD is cracking down on major venues, having a big party house isn't going to be all that great soon anyways. Not to mention their most recent pledge class. In summary: good organization, nice house, everything else they got is either average or below.
