Comment:  I hate saying anything mean about DPhiE girls because I never had a bad experience with one. But, I'm friends with a bunch of frat guys and they are all very torn on how they feel about DPhiE. Most of them still think they're super irrelevant which is kinda true. They are nice and have a few token attractive girls but kinda still mostly awkward and weird. They really are sweet hearts though and do so much philanthropy so kudos to them! I'm just giving their overall rep.
