Comment:  I wouldn't say this is a top tier house. Every time i have gone to sig chi everyone is in their own groups and don't bother to make friends with other. They aren't very friendly and in fact are more stuck up and self absorbed more than anything. Don't feel comfortable in the house. Dark and secretive.
