Comment:  I disagree. I just went through recruitment, and these girls were very welcoming and friendly. The girl I talked to had two other theta roommates, but also lived with girls in other organizations. Obviously they have a good sisterhood, and are friendly with other girls. I think they seek great, and hope I get asked back!
