Comment:  i have some friends who are kappa deltas and i like them outside of their sorority. I have to say they have SO many sisterhood problems and many other internal issues. TO PNMS: dont go somewhere because of what you "THINK" their reputation is. this is a life long commitment make the right choice for YOU. Tiers really are irrelevant at App.
