Comment:  I think Phi Mu is definitely a top tier but only because of their name at this point. The girls actually in the sorority are the girls who gives sororities a bad rep. Many of the girls snobby, ditsy, rude and very materialistic (I'm sure there are those who aren't but all that I've met are) But the girls are beautiful and the house will probably always be a top tier because of that.
