Comment:  Middle tier. Not a bad fraternity but doesn't belong in the top 5. Maybe top 7 or 8. They have some good looking and wealthy guys but they're virtually non-existent on campus and don't have a house. Somewhat popular with the girls but has a really poor concept of brotherhood which is why they have trouble retaining their own members. Pledge classes have been getting consistently worse
