Comment:  On a non biased outlook Sig ep is a solid chapter. Too many rating on here either too high or too low. They are top 5 behind KA, Fiji, SAE and maybe Delt. Depending on the time Delt and Sig ep could be interchangeable. Parties are huge and they have good relations with girls, although they could be a lot more involved on campus.
