Comment:  This chapter is so under-rated. I wish I would've considered them when I went through formal recruitment but I listened to the bad stuff that I heard even though it wasn't true. They are getting so much better; their new girls are awesome and they have been doing so well with philanthropies. I see them out and they are a ton of fun. They didn't used to go out much but they have gotten much more social. I think they are going to have a great recruitment this year! And most of them are so pretty.
