literally not true at all 😂 people hate for no reason. No debt at all, Delta Chi is actually the only fraternity on campus who owns their house, all other chapters rent from the school. They throw good pregames every thursday - saturday and thru the week and their parties are great. Just people trying to lower other chapters ratings
