Not a hater, just a realist. This house is one of the worst because of internal problems and relations with other houses on campus. Have continued to be declining ever since the new houses sigma and sk colonized. All the rest of the bottom tier houses worked hard and got better, zeta continues to fall behind. Time to own up to past mistakes, apologize to houses you've wronged and start making friends in Greek life bc no one sticks up for a house that has constantly publicly bashed houses. That's the reason no one likes zeta, they have made too many enemies and are too immature to try and make amends.
