Being perfectly honest, the larger chapters are not immune to this. I'm not sure why you are trying to pick on SDT for this "issue" since this happens to all chapters. Every chapter is trying to be the "best" chapter on campus and is focused on getting the "best" PNMs. All chapters do this. Greek Life is competitive and you really can't fault SDT for trying to create more of a presence on campus.
