Ugh, Sounds like you turned her in, score one for sisterhood! Clearly, this house has a lot to work out. I think I’ll tell my little sister to opt for a better house, with better grades. Who cares how “cool” the house is on the inside anyway. They are all mansions. What matters is the people on the inside. These “sisters” seem more intent on ripping down rather than building up.
