What's terrible about DX's location? It's got the best view of Cayuga and the valley below, has the sound of the rushing gorge below, away from traffic, and a great walk to campus to get your heart rate up. Certainly one of the best party areas inside and outside....the porch and the landscape give it a place for the "roll on the Knoll", and other outdoor activities. Other observers may want to live in the dorms.....
