idk what frat guys you've been talking to but zeta consistently parties with only phi kap and sig ep. littler variation means little options. KD will draw the socially obsessed, and Pi Phi will draw the stoners, AGam will attract the study nerds. Zeta will be attractive to many NPMs who are want a balanced college experience that allows them to have fun, be sociable, be part of a great sisterhood, and balance that with getting a great education. The focus on balance is very appealing to some.
