@observer Interesting that you say PC 19 "came in to the drama" when in fact they were a huge part of the drama. PC 19 drank underage and PC 18 who was with them also drank underage. The only person involved who was not underage was the president of the chapter who told all the underage members and new members to drink. Her only rule was that it must be the the type of alcohol on the approved list from IFC.
