Theta, zeta, and gphi all had to do spring recruitment last year for not reaching quota. But theta's the only one with a legitimate excuse (founded 3 years ago). Zeta & gphi not reaching quota is pretty sad considering they've been here longer. Theta is seriously rising here at slu and with phi mu here next year, I'm sure they'll need spring rush too. That's what young chapters need. Zeta and gphi aren't young and should really have reached quota last year...i wonder why they didn't..
