Here’s public information available @ studentactivities.tamu.edu/about-us/office-of-fraternity-and-sorority-life “Phi Delta Theta: - Organizational Conduct Probation through May 15, 2018 - Organizational Social Probation though May 15, 2018 - Secondary Sanction – Complete 3 educational workshops by May 1, 2018 - Secondary Sanction – Restricted alcohol through December 31, 2018” I’m no genius but I don’t think December 31st 2018 has happened yet... As for the 3 other probation sanctions, they only just ended in May lmao after this spring semester ended ....so it’s fair enough for someone to assume you’d still be on probation if they didn’t know when it ended 😂
