As a fully-functioning NPC organization the women of Alpha Epsilon Phi recruit using their own standards, values, and interests. NPC was formed and currently functions to build and maintain strong women as active leaders in the world. While AEPhi is currently a smaller chapter, there is no reason to have them leave our campus unless it is of their own volition.
