I live in a community with a Phi Delta Theta "party" house. I can assure everyone that the parents of these boys would not have wanted them living next-door when their sons were 10 or 12 years old. They have litter all over their yard most of the time and hold loud, drunken parties that have scared the children in this neighborhood.
