Hi Hoodie Melo, not sure what you mean by the friend zone comment. In regards to the process however, it is something we pride ourselves on and have tried to make it as rigorous and fair as possible. There is nothing about it that is "dumb". As far as girls are concerned...come check out a party and see if its true for yourself...
